Designed for a relaxing getaway, the villa features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with air-conditioning and large windows or private balconies that bring in natural light and peaceful views. The spacious living and dining areas provide a comfortable setting for spending quality time with family and friends.
A fully equipped kitchen caters to your everyday needs, while entertainment facilities include a flat-screen TV, Harman Kardon speaker, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Step outdoors to enjoy the private swimming pool, jacuzzi, and lush landscaped garden, complemented by sunlit seating areas perfect for unwinding. The villa also offers a dedicated caretaker who is available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM for housekeeping and guest assistance. Fresh towels and linen are provided, with a complete change after every third night.

- Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa.
- While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable.
- No outside guests allowed without prior information.
- All illegal activities are prohibited.
- Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed.
- Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, Cook and yacht bookings can be done at additional costs.
- Cook available at additional charges.
- Any damage will be borne by you.
- Please note that lunch service on the arrival and departure day is generally not included. However, if you inform us in advance, we will be happy to check the feasibility and update you accordingly based on availability and operational requirements.
- 95% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 30 days before of the check in date.
- 80% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 16 to 30 days before the check in date.
- 50% refund on the total booking amount will be given if booking is cancelled 15 to 8 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the check in date.
- A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and refunds will take up to 15 working days.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
