- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- It does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Outside vendors are not allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All-male groups are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 20,000.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case you would like to host an event at the Property, We will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
- This is a standalone property.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes
- Outside food is allowed.
- In case of a power outage, the generator and solar power backup can support all the appliances.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- The pool is 25ft x 15ft with a depth of 5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.
- All rates are on a per person, per day basis.
- For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48 hrs prior to the check-in date.
- Jain meals are available upon request.
- A barbecue grill can also be arranged at an additional cost.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed.
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48 hours notice prior to your check-in date.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!
