Secure parking for two cars, CCTV surveillance, and 24x7 power backup ensure peace of mind throughout your stay. housekeeping services ensure that toiletries and linen are refreshed every two days. A property manager is on hand to offer guidance and assistance to make the most of your Goa experience. The fully equipped kitchen features all necessities, including crockery, cutlery, microwave, fridge, toaster, and gas stove. Each room is a master bedroom with an en-suite washroom, complete with toiletries, bath, and pool towels, as well as hand towels provided for your comfort during your stay.

- Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa.
- While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable.
- No outside guests allowed without prior information.
- All illegal activities are prohibited.
- Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed.
- Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, yacht bookings can be done at additional costs.
- Any damage will be borne by you.
- Please note that lunch service on the arrival and departure day is generally not included. However, if you inform us in advance, we will be happy to check the feasibility and update you accordingly based on availability and operational requirements.
- If a booking is cancelled at any time after confirmation, a 95% refund of the total booking amount will be provided. A 5% service charge will be deducted.
- If the booking is cancelled 45 days or more before the check-in date, a 75% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- If the booking is cancelled 35 to 44 days before the check-in date, a 45% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- No refund / Modification / Amendment will be applicable for cancellations made less than 35 days before the check-in date.
- Please note that bookings made for peak dates, festive periods, and long weekends are non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date.
- Refund will be processed in 5-7 working days.
