Enjoy the convenience of no cook charges for breakfast, and for lunch and dinner, indulge in culinary delights with a nominal charge of Rs. 1000 per meal for the cook's services. The villa ensures round-the-clock security, hi-speed Wi-Fi, and 100% power backup for a seamless experience.
An elevator adds to the convenience, and a dedicated property manager and caretaker are at your service throughout the day. Housekeeping services and an evening turndown service further enhance the ambiance, creating a luxurious and relaxing environment for your stay at LT321(V1).

- Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa.
- While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable.
- No outside guests allowed without prior information.
- All illegal activities are prohibited.
- Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed.
- Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, Cook and yacht bookings can be done at additional costs.
- Cook available at additional charges.
- Any damage will be borne by you.
- Please note that lunch service on the arrival and departure day is generally not included. However, if you inform us in advance, we will be happy to check the feasibility and update you accordingly based on availability and operational requirements.

- 95% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before of the check in date.
- 75% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 44 to 30 days before the check in date.
- 50% refund on the total booking amount will be given if booking is cancelled 29 to 15 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check in date.
- Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund on the total booking amount.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
