This property is a Luxurious Penthouse with Private Pool. Situated within lush green surroundings a few kilometers from Candolim beach and the property is luxuriously furnished and features large bedrooms with King Sized Beds, precious artifacts I have collected from my travels and attached washrooms fit with exquisite bath fittings. The master bedroom in addition features a bathtub.
The penthouse also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and washing machine, the highlight of this penthouse is its Private pool with an amazing field view on the top floor. Each room has been done up in a smart modern and comfortable manner to make you stay a pleasant one. The living room has an entertainment system with a TV and sofas in the lounge area.

- Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa
- While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable
- No outside guests allowed without prior information
- All illegal activities are prohibited
- Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed
- Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, Cook and yacht bookings can be done at additional costs
- Cook available at additional charges
- Any damage will be borne by you
- Please note that lunch service on the arrival and departure day is generally not included. However, if you inform us in advance, we will be happy to check the feasibility and update you accordingly based on availability and operational requirements.
- If a booking is cancelled at any time after confirmation, a 95% refund of the total booking amount will be provided. A 5% service charge will be deducted.
- If the booking is cancelled 45 days or more before the check-in date, a 75% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- If the booking is cancelled 35 to 44 days before the check-in date, a 45% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- No refund / Modification / Amendment will be applicable for cancellations made less than 35 days before the check-in date.
- Please note that bookings made for peak dates, festive periods, and long weekends are non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date.
- Refund will be processed in 5-7 working days.
