The villa offers reliable power backup along with a chef on call for a seamless and comfortable stay experience.
The spacious, fully air-conditioned living area is designed with multiple seating options and includes a TV and Bluetooth speaker for entertainment, along with an 8-seater dining table for shared meals. A fully equipped kitchen caters to all your cooking needs. The villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms spread across different levels, each accommodating up to two guests and equipped with a TV, fresh linen, wardrobes, and comfortable bedding.

- Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa.
- While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable.
- No outside guests allowed without prior information.
- Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed.
- Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, Cook and yacht bookings can be done at additional costs.
- Cook available at additional charges.
- Any damage will be borne by you.
- 95% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund on the total booking amount will be given if booking is cancelled 44 to 30 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the check in date.
- Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund on the total booking amount.
