• Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa.
• While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable.
• No outside guests allowed without prior information.
• All illegal activities are prohibited.
• Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed.
• Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, Cook and yacht
bookings can be done at additional costs.

• Any damage will be borne by you
• 95% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before of the check in date.
• 75% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 44 to 30 days before the check in date.
• 50% refund on the total booking amount will be given if booking is cancelled 29 to 15 days before the check in date.
• No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check in date.
• Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund on the total booking amount.
• Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
