- While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable.
- No outside guests allowed without prior information.
- Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed.
- Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, Cook and yacht bookings can be done at additional costs.
- Cook available at additional charges.
- Any damage will be borne by you.
- April – 30 September: Cancel within 15 days of check-in → deposit forfeited. Cancel before 15 days → deposit credited for 3 months.
- 1 October – 20 December: Cancel within 30 days → deposit forfeited. Cancel before 30 days → deposit credited for 3 months.
- 21 December – 31 January: Cancel within 90 days → deposit forfeited. Cancel before 90 days → deposit credited for 3 months.
- 1 February – 31 March: Cancel within 30 days → deposit forfeited. Cancel before 30 days → deposit credited for 3 months.
- During stay: Reducing or shortening your stay → no refunds or credits.
- Blackout Dates: Non-refundable.
- No-show: Full payment forfeited.
