Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and memorable stay. Daily housekeeping is provided once between 10 am and 6 pm to keep the villa fresh and welcoming. Soft towels and crisp linen are included, with replacements offered upon request, ensuring comfort while also conserving water.

- Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa.
- While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable.
- No outside guests allowed without prior information.
- Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed.
- Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, Cook and yacht bookings can be done at additional costs.
- Cook available at additional charges.
- Any damage will be borne by you.
- Please note that lunch service on the arrival and departure day is generally not included. However, if you inform us in advance, we will be happy to check the feasibility and update you accordingly based on availability and operational requirements.
- 95% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 30 days before of the check in date.
- 75% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 16 to 30 days before the check in date.
- 50% refund on the total booking amount will be given if booking is cancelled 15 to 8 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the check in date.
- Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund on the total booking amount.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!
