The fully equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping, toiletries, sheets, and towels are all provided for your convenience.
Additionally, there is a caretaker on call, 24-hour security, outdoor sitting areas, parking, and the added benefit of being located within a gated community. A cook is also available to prepare breakfast, enhancing your stay with delightful meals.

Security Deposit is payable at the villa at the time of Check-in which is 100% refundable, if no damage made.

Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa.

While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable.

No outside guests allowed without prior information.

All illegal activities are prohibited.

Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed.

Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, Cook and yacht bookings can be done at additional costs.

Any damage will be borne by you.

Please note that lunch service on the arrival and departure day is generally not included. However, if you inform us in advance, we will be happy to check the feasibility and update you accordingly based on availability and operational requirements.

If a booking is cancelled at any time after confirmation, a 95% refund of the total booking amount will be provided. A 5% service charge will be deducted.

If the booking is cancelled before 45 days of check-in date, a 75% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.

If the booking is cancelled 35 to 44 days before the check-in date, a 45% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.

No refund / Modification / Amendment will be applicable for cancellations made less than 35 days before the check-in date.

Please note that bookings made for peak dates, festive periods, and long weekends are non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date.
