The villa stay comes with a host of thoughtful inclusions to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience. A full-time chef is available to prepare all three meals, with ingredients and groceries charged as per actuals, allowing guests to enjoy fresh, customized meals each day.
The property is managed by a dedicated team that includes professional housekeeping staff, a property manager, and a caretaker available throughout the day. Housekeeping is done once daily, and an evening turndown service is provided for added comfort.
High-speed Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected, while 100% genset backup and a genset guarantee uninterrupted electricity. A quality speaker system is available to set the mood for your gatherings or quiet evenings. Every detail has been designed to offer guests a relaxing, convenient, and worry-free holiday experience.

- Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa
- While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable

- All illegal activities are prohibited
- Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed
- Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, Cook and yacht bookings can be done at additional costs

If taken, observation charges will apply
- 95% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund on the total booking amount will be given if booking is cancelled 44 to 30 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the check in date.
- Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund on the total booking amount.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
