Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.
View Experiences- The pool is 10x3 ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.
- All-male groups are allowed; however, a security deposit of Rs. 30,000 will be required.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 9 AM to 11 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- Guests have access to the villa's kitchen only for reheating purposes.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!
