A tranquil and revitalizing ambiance is created by thoughtfully designed interiors that catch the delicate mountain light and gentle dawn mist rolling over pine-lined slopes.Days pass very quickly as you relax in beautiful settings, laugh together over carefully planned barbecues, or just relax in the peaceful surroundings. Please be aware that there is an extra fee for BBQ and jacuzzi sessions.

- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the jacuzzi.
- Please note that the jacuzzi is available on request and incurs an extra charge.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
