Villa is tucked away in the tranquil hills of Rishikesh, resembling a dream you cannot wake up from. The four exquisitely constructed bedrooms in this cozy retreat, which is surrounded by sunlight and mist, are all warm and inviting and ideal for restful sleep. With stone walls, wooden ceilings, and cozy seating, the living area is the ideal combination of coziness and charm, creating the ideal atmosphere for leisurely mornings and stargazing. When you step outside, you are met with a tiny lawn that gives you the impression that you are sitting in the clouds. There is also a peaceful reading area with a well-positioned desk that faces expansive mountain views, perfect for writing, introspection, or just taking in the scenery.

- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

- All-male groups are allowed with a returnable security deposit of Rs. 10000.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
