- For your comfort, we do our best to heat the pool with at least 48 hours’ advance notice.

- In case of a power outage, the 230 Volt inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours and genset.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Heavy cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Music not allowed in the outside area after 10 PM
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker and host do not stay on the premises of the same property.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
- This is a stand-alone property.
- This property is located in a secluded location.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas and designated places of the villa only.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
