The expansive lawn is perfect for sunrise yoga, evening games, and relaxed moments amidst nature, while alfresco meals become even more special with the soothing sound of the nearby Beas River.

Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.

- We currently only accept bookings from families, couples, or mixed groups to ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests.
- Guests are requested not to pluck fruits from the orchard. A fine of Rs. 5,000 will be applicable for any violation.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support only the light and fans.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The host and caretaker stay on the premises of the same property and will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
