Nestled above the hill town of Manali, the Villa is a remarkable homestay that provides a tranquil haven amidst the tranquility of the mountains and the natural world. This magnificent residence was created by Yomed Tulku, a Nyingma from Spiti Valley, and is situated on ground that has been blessed by ancient Tibetan-Buddhist rites. It was formerly used as a hub for monks' meditation and higher education.
The house, which is surrounded by apple trees and wide views, has warm areas, cozy reading corners, excellent coffee, and a serene ambiance that is ideal for introspection and creativity. The Villa provides the perfect environment to slow down and embrace mindful living, whether you want to write, paint, relax, birdwatch, or just get back in touch with nature.

- An in-house pet resides on the premises of the property. Please be cautious while around the pet, although he is friendly, he might take time warming up to you.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all lights for up to 5 hours.
- The caretaker and owner reside on the premises of the same property.
- Guests are advised not to have the Bukharis on at night as smoke inhalation can be dangerous.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, or Jio and Airtel work fairly well. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- This property is not wheelchair accessible.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests can use the outdoor premises for a smoke.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- Consumption of non-veg food is allowed
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home and it’s artifacts and books with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
