Warm oak floors, three spacious balconies, a regal stone fireplace, two large, lush gardens, and an immense master bedroom are all features of this four-bedroom property. You will spend your days relaxing and being pampered by our in-house team because there is enough space for a big gathering of friends and family.

View Experiences- The number of guests should not exceed the count mentioned at time of booking, at any time during the stay. Please inform about any travelling staff too.
- ID’s of all guests to be given as the booking is confirmed.
- Food orders must be received by 3.00 PM the previous day, to allow for procurement of fresh supplies and preparation time. Food menu has nominal prices per person, the guest relations will share with you.
- We suggest that dinner be served by 10.00 PM at the latest. For late service, food can be made available in casseroles.
- Parties, loud noises and music that disturb neighbours is not permitted
- Breakages or damage of home items will be charged on 'actuals'
- Any illegal activity, use of narcotics, prostitution, etc. are not permitted
- No smoking indoors & check if the villa is suitable for pets (there are pet rules and a security deposit of INR 5000).
- Arrival 2.00 PM and Departure 11.00 AM
- INR 10,000 Refundable deposit mandatory for all bookings before arrival.
- All male staff (drivers, PSO's) sleep arrangements can be made outside, at a nominal cost, and are not permitted to stay in the villa. We will be happy to make these arrangements for you.
- It is strongly suggested that all F&B for male staff be arranged outside to avoid pressure on your home kitchen and challenges during your meal service. We will be happy to make these arrangements for you.
- By accepting the booking, we assume the acknowledgment of these guidelines by you and your group.
- If a booking is cancelled at any time after confirmation, a 95% refund of the total booking amount will be provided. A 5% service charge will be deducted.
- If the booking is cancelled 45 days or more before the check-in date, a 75% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- If the booking is cancelled 35 to 44 days before the check-in date, a 45% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- No refund / Modification / Amendment will be applicable for cancellations made less than 35 days before the check-in date.
- Please note that bookings made for peak dates, festive periods, and long weekends are non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date.
- Refund will be processed in 5-7 working days.
