The top level has two large bedrooms and a terrace with beautiful views of the surroundings, while the ground floor has a comfortable bedroom. LTR304 literally becomes a dreamy haven when night falls and fairy lights come to life. It's a place where each moment feels unique and every area has its own beauty.

The villa includes 2 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

In case of a power outage, the inverter can provide backup.

Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.

The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

This is a standalone property.

Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/ drinks in and around the pool.

Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.

Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

We does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.

In case you would like to host an event at the Property, We will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
