The high point? A calm outdoor pool that reflects the sky and invites you to relax while taking in expansive views. When you step outside, the villa is surrounded by two beautiful lawns that are ideal for celebrations that call for a regal setting, starlit dinners, or leisurely afternoon teas. Additionally, as the sun sets, guests can enjoy movie evenings in the private seven-seater home theatre, available at an additional cost, for a truly cinematic experience.

The villa includes 3 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup.

Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available at all times.

This property is a part of a gated society.

Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.

Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.

Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

We does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.

In case you would like to host an event at the Property, We will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
