A feeling of coziness and understated elegance permeates the room thanks to carefully chosen décor with earthy hues and organic textures.
A private pool with an open deck and comfortable sun loungers, ideal for leisurely afternoons in the sun, is located in the center of the property. A lovely gazebo, cozy sitout areas, and a nicely maintained grass make a welcoming environment for quiet mornings and private evening chats.Please note that this is a pure vegetarian villa, and non-vegetarian food is not allowed on the premises.

- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Outside vendors are not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This property is located within the premises of a factory.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
