This villa is ideally situated to harmonize with its breathtaking environment, encircled by undulating hills and lush greenery. Situated only 35 km from the esteemed Sri Nathdwara and Fateh Sagar Lake, it guarantees a tranquil spiritual expedition within a brief 40-45 minute drive. The villa harmonizes with the village’s character through its earthy tones and natural materials, while large windows and terraces provide stunning views of the breathtaking valley.

- Outside visitors or additional guests are not allowed during the stay.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are permitted.
- Parties and late-night revelry are discouraged. Loud music is not allowed after 10 pm.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation.
- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics or weapons/firearms, are strictly prohibited. Management may report such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking inside the villa or rooms is not allowed.
- The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard. Children must always be supervised by adults.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- As per law, all guests above 4 years must carry valid government-approved photo ID with address. Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of house rules may lead to refusal of booking or eviction if already checked in.
- Events such as weddings, pre-wedding functions, milestone celebrations, or similar gatherings require prior approval from management. Additional charges, deposits, and arrangement costs will apply.
- Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room.
- Please note that all bookings are strictly non-refundable.
