With multiple structures, it includes bedrooms on one side and living/dining areas on another. The living block opens to an expansive balcony overlooking a pool and lush lawn. The house boasts captivating artifacts, including a unique 30-foot boat table. Bedrooms offer an unobstructed view of Sajjangarh Palace. The home is designed on a slope with terraced levels, and the living block is at the highest elevation. Two large lawns, a kitchen garden, and central fireplace, pool, and bonfire area surround the property. Please note that this is a pure vegetarian villa, and non-vegetarian food is not allowed on the premises. - Parties and late-night revelry are discouraged.
- Loud music is not permitted after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation.
- Illegal activities, including drugs, narcotics, or weapons, are strictly prohibited and will be reported.
- Smoking inside rooms or enclosed spaces is not allowed.
- The pool is not supervised. There is no lifeguard on site. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; management is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Valid government ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport) is required for all guests above 4 years.
- Management reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings in case of inappropriate behaviour or rule violations.
- Events, celebrations, weddings, or similar gatherings require prior approval from management and may involve additional charges and deposits.
- Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room.
