Step outside and you might see a Kingfisher or Hummingbird darting by; Villa hosts over 26 bird species, making it a concealed paradise for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts.

- No outside guests or day visitors are allowed during the stay.
- The pool is not supervised; there is no lifeguard on site. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Bachelor groups and stag bookings are not accepted.
- Parties and late-night revelry are discouraged.
- Loud music is not permitted after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation.
- Illegal activities, including drugs, narcotics, or weapons, are strictly prohibited and will be reported..
- Smoking inside rooms or enclosed spaces is not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; management is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Valid government ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport) is required for all guests above 4 years of age.
- Management reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings in case of inappropriate behaviour or rule violations.
- Security deposit: ₹5,000 per room.
- Please note that all bookings are strictly non-refundable.
