The house combines convenience and comfort with roomy living spaces, a sizable yard, and a private pool. With connected bathrooms and big windows that provide expansive views of the Aravalli hills, each bedroom is created with comfort and seclusion in mind. The bottom floor has a dining space, a living room, two luxurious bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, and a conveniently furnished kitchen. Two further bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace sitting space with stunning mountain views are all located upstairs. This area is perfect for morning tea or evening leisure.

- Kitchen access is restricted, except for infant needs with prior approval.
- No outside guests or day visitors are permitted during the stay.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are allowed.
- Parties and late-night revelry are discouraged.
- Loud music is not permitted after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation.
- Illegal activities, including drugs, narcotics, or weapons, are strictly prohibited and will be reported.
- Smoking inside rooms or enclosed spaces is not allowed.
- The pool is not supervised. There is no lifeguard on site. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; management is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Valid government ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport) is required for all guests above 4 years.
- Management reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings in case of inappropriate behaviour or rule violations.
- Security Deposit: ₹ 3000 per room.
- Please note that all bookings are strictly non-refundable.
