- Each additional guest will be charged a published rate of $300 USD per night.
- There is a minimum 3 nights stay requirement for most of the year. For Peak Seasons (Christmas & New Year), the minimum stay is 14 nights. For holidays such as Easter and Chinese New Year, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Staff service is included with your stay at the property and is available daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- A security deposit of USD $2,000 is required by the Owner prior to the arrival date.
- Noise must be kept at a reasonable minimum level, especially from 11 pm to 8 am.
- All bookings include Chef Service for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks. All food and beverages purchased on behalf of you and the Guests are charged at a price of cost plus a % surcharge that covers food preparation, transportation, time involved in the shopping and cooking
process, and the use of the kitchen.
- If the reservation is cancelled 45 days or more before the arrival date,the Lessee will receive a 95% refund of the total booking amount.
- If the reservation is cancelled within 45 days prior to the arrival date, a refund—full or partial—will be issued only if the Owner secures another booking that partially or fully covers the canceled reservation.
- If the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment during the Christmas and New Year period, a full or partial refund will only be issued if the Owner is able to secure another reservation that partially or fully covers the canceled booking.
- If the Lessee fails to pay any required additional deposits or the remaining balance by the assigned due date, a refund will only be issued in accordance with the policy applicable for timely cancellations.
