The property features one main private infinity pool along with three additional private infinity pools, each attached to the three bedrooms for an exclusive and luxurious experience.
Guests can unwind on comfortable sun loungers, soak up the warm sunshine, or enjoy alfresco dining beneath the shaded outdoor gazebo. Inside, the villa features five spacious and beautifully designed bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with contemporary décor and stunning views. Two elegant bedrooms are located on the main upper level, while three additional bedrooms on the lower level provide extra privacy.

- Each additional guest will be charged a published rate of $300 USD per night.
- There is a minimum 3 nights stay requirement for most of the year. For Peak Seasons (Christmas & New Year), the minimum stay is 14 nights. For holidays such as Easter and Chinese New Year, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Staff service is included with your stay at the property and is available daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- A security deposit of USD $2,000 is required by the Owner prior to the arrival date.
- Noise must be kept at a reasonable minimum level, especially from 11 pm to 8 am.
- All bookings include Chef Service for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks. All food and beverages purchased on behalf of you and the Guests are charged at a price of cost plus a % surcharge that covers food preparation, transportation, time involved in the shopping and cooking process, and the use of the kitchen.
- If the reservation is cancelled 45 days or more before the arrival date, the Lessee will receive a 95% refund of the total booking amount.
- If the reservation is cancelled within 45 days prior to the arrival date, a refund—full or partial—will be issued only if the Owner secures another booking that partially or fully covers the canceled reservation.
- If the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment during the Christmas and New Year period, a full or partial refund will only be issued if the Owner is able to secure another reservation that partially or fully covers the canceled booking.
- If the Lessee fails to pay any required additional deposits or the remaining balance by the assigned due date, a refund will only be issued in accordance with the policy applicable for timely cancellations.
