- The Staff hours are all different, however the Villa Manager and Butler work between 7am and midnight, dependant on client requests and the chef from 6am to 10pm, but is flexible.
- They do not allow external concierge services, but they do have a lot of contacts whom they would be happy to put you in touch with for any services.
- To confirm a booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront.
- The remaining balance, along with a security deposit of $3,000 and an incidentals deposit, must be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival.
- For bookings made within 10 weeks of travel, the full amount is due at the time of confirmation and is non-refundable.
- In case of a request to change travel dates, the villa may consider it; however, this is subject to their discretion and availability.
