Daily housekeeping, airport transfers, and complimentary breakfast are included, with a private chef available on request. Just 15 minutes from Chaweng, it offers easy access to beaches, dining, and entertainment.

- An 80% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
- A 50% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
- No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
- No refund will be given in case of a no-show.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!
