Two of the bedrooms open onto balconies overlooking the pool, while the third can be converted into a versatile multi-purpose room depending on your needs. A private chef is available to prepare delicious meals, and a professional team of staff ensures warm, attentive service throughout your stay.
Located just above a beautiful beach, the residences offer easy access by foot or via a short buggy ride to the main gate. The beach is lively yet peaceful, making it ideal for long sunset walks and quiet moments by the shore.

- A security deposit of 1,000 USD is payable at the villa.
- An 80% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
- A 50% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
- No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
- No refund will be given in case of a no-show.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!
