View Experiences- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is required before 12:00 PM.
- A security deposit of 5,000 THB is payable at the villa. You will receive it back at the time of check out.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Parties and events are not permitted on the property.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on these premises.
- Any damage will be borne by the guest.
- Housekeeping Once A Day between 9 am - 12 noon or 3 pm (15:00) - 6 pm (18:00).
- 95% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 30 days before of the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the check in date.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!
