On the ground floor, a 17-metre saltwater swimming pool serves as a striking focal point, complemented by a convenient semi-outdoor kitchen, a stylish pool bar, and a comfortable lounge area. - A security deposit of 1,000 USD is payable at the villa.
- An 80% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
- A 50% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
- No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
- No refund will be given in case of a no-show.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!
