Accommodation includes three luxurious master suites, one children's twin room, an adult twin room, and a bunk room with six beds, making it ideal for large families and groups.
Guests enjoy direct access to a beautiful sandy beach and are just a short drive from popular surf breaks, national safari parks, and scenic bird wetlands. A spectacular 20-meter waterslide provides endless fun, ending in its own dedicated pool so it doesn't disturb guests relaxing in the main swimming pool. The spacious poolside deck is perfect for sunbathing, outdoor dining, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze. BBQ can be arranged at an extra cost.

View Experiences- security deposit equivalent to one night's rent may be payable in US Dollars (cash) upon arrival at the villa. This deposit will be used to cover any damages or charges incurred during the stay. The remaining balance, or the full deposit if no deductions apply, will be returned in USD on the day of departure.
- If the charges cannot be determined at the time of departure, the Owner is entitled to withhold a reasonable estimated amount from the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be returned once the actual cost has been determined, within 7 days after departure.
- Meal Plan: Full Board meal packages are available. Adult and child rates apply.
- Full staff including Chef Manager, Assistant Chef, Steward, Housekeeping, Gardener & Security
- Additional Costs :
- The cost of electricity, mains water, basic cleaning and garden supplies, local taxes, staff salaries and management fees are included in the booking fee. Internet facilities are also included. Laundry facilities will sometimes be provided for personal items but guests arriving with laundry will incur an additional cost.
- All provisioning costs, transportation and extra services such as nannies, drivers, therapists, tour and event organization costs will be your responsibility.
- Tips for property staff are encouraged and standard practise but are in most cases left to your discretion.
- Arrival / Departure Times :
- Arrival time is not before 2.30 pm, departure time is no later than 11am.
- Early check in and late checkout may be arranged but are subject to availability
and may incur additional costs.
- To block dates, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. For peak period bookings, the dates of which will be advised at the time of booking, this deposit increases to 50%.
- An invoice for the relevant sum will be sent to the lead guest.
- An invoice does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- An invoice once issued will be valid for 7 days from issue.
- If no payment or notice of payment is received within 7 days of the invoice being issued, it may be assumed that the booking is no longer required, and the same dates may be offered to another party.
- Once paid this deposit is non-refundable.
- The balance payment will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. For peak periods this extends to 60 days.
- Once paid the balance is non-refundable.
- You will ensure at the time of payment of your deposit or balance that your travel insurance will cover for it in the event you cannot travel for any reason.
- Prices quoted are in US Dollars, are listed by the Villa Owners and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a deposit or payment has been received, the prices will not be amended for the dates of the agreement.
- All payments are to be made in US dollars. Any and all bank charges incurred due to bank transfer are for you to pay. The amount received will be confirmed.
- Once the deposit or balance payment has been received, a final booking confirmation will be sent, listing the complete booking details.
