In case of a power outage, the inverter can support fans and lights for up to 8 hours and generator can support everything for up to 24 hours.

There are CCTV cameras installed that captures the external area.

The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.

This is not a pet-friendly property.

Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.

Drinking is allowed only in the dining area.

Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48hrs notice prior to your check-in date.

Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 + taxes.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
