Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- The caretaker and host reside on the premises of the property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Due to the property's natural surroundings, guests are kindly advised to be vigilant and aware of insects and bugs ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay.
- Please note that the guests cannot access the ground floor of the property.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary 50 MBPS Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the 10 KVA generator can provide power backup.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.

Guests can access the pantry only for reheating purposes.

Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
