In case you would like to host an event at the Property, will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.

Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date.

Guests may use the pantry to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
