All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs 24 hours prior to arrival.

This is a pet-friendly property. However, guests are liable to pay Rs. 500 per pet.

This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.

In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances except for the refrigerator and microwave for up to 12 hours.

All mobile networks work perfectly well here.

Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however ordering in and consumption is allowed.

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

This is a standalone property.

The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.

Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

A cook is available for preparing meals at an additional cost.

All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.

Jain meals are available upon request.

All rates are on a per person, per day basis.

The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

Please inform us of your meal selection in advance and allow us a minimum 42 hrs notice prior to your check-in date. Selection is subject to availability.

Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
