- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- The villa is in a secluded location.
- This is a standalone property.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the property and will be available from 7 AM to 9 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- For safety, guests are urged to avoid forest exploration before 7 AM or after 5 PM
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. However, there is a signal booster and 3 Jio Wi-Fi dongles available.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, there is a solar power backup that can support all the appliances.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- Kindly notify the caretaker before entering the dog section for your safety.
- This is a pet-friendly property. There are 5 native mastiffs and a few Persian cats on the premises as well.
- Kindly refrain from engaging in ball games or Frisbee activities in front of the cottage to prevent any potential damage to the garden or surrounding area.
- During monsoon season, there may be insects and bugs around the property.
- Additionally, it's advised to accompany the caretaker when venturing out for added security and guidance.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date.

Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
