- Please be advised that additional guests are not permitted on the premises.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- Please do not carry eatables or drinks in the pool and refrain from littering the pool.
- Diving or jumping in the pool is strictly prohibited, given the depth of the pool.
- Children must always be supervised when in or around the pool.
- Guests are requested to wear appropriate footwear near the pool area.
- Alcohol consumption or smoking is allowed only on sit-outs and terraces. Kindly do not bring any eatables or drinks inside the room
- Please note that visitors are not allowed inside the premises of the property.
- Although they don’t bother the guests, we must mention there are dogs and cats in their separate enclosures residing in the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Infants are restricted to access the room on the ground floor.
- All mobile networks work fairly well.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours
- There are 4 CCTV cameras installed in the common areas for security purposes.
- The room on the second floor is accessible through a separate entry as well through a spiral iron staircase and is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.
- Please note, the host stays on the ground floor of the same property. However, guests have a separate entry.
- Please do not feed, provoke or tease the pets on the premises
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
