- There is extra sleeping space available in the basement area of the villa.
- The living room and all bedrooms except one do not have an AC.
- In case of a power outage, a 5KVA generator can provide power backup.
- All mobile networks except Vi work fairly well here.
- There is no WiFi available at the property. Guests are requested to carry a dongle for easy internet access.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are no CCTV cameras available at the property.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This property is a part of a gated community.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Light cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Guests can access the kitchen to make light food and for reheating purposes only.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
