The moment you enter the premises, you will be caught up in a whirlwind getaway—the home’s exterior is entirely traditional, but the interior spaces are in sharp contrast. To ensure a comfortable and secure stay, please invest time in thoroughly reading the Home Truths, House Rules, and Policies.

Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.
View Experiences- This is a pet-friendly property. Pets can be accommodated at an additional charge of Rs. 700 per pet, per night. Guests can pay the amount directly at the property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, there is an inverter and a generator.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that the last 2 km. of road leading towards the property might not be concrete.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
