View Experiences- Extra guests can be accommodated at an extra cost of Rs. 2000 per person per night plus taxes. The 7th & 8th guest will be accommodated in the outhouse
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Drinking is not allowed inside the villa.
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
- One must wear a swimming costume before entering the swimming pool.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- Check-in after 5 PM is not allowed.

- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
