Overview
The LTS433, which is tucked away in the countryside amidst Coorg's beautiful vegetation and coffee farms, was created with the intention of providing a home away from home where guests may unwind, indulge, and rest. Convenience and getting away from it all come together in this location.
Here, the sun shines on a brilliant summer morning, the trees take on an evergreen hue, and the nights are filled with a string of glittering stars. We are confident that this house has plenty to offer every single visitor, with features for plantation walks, local sightseeing, cycling, fishing, picnics by the river, and other immersive possibilities to swing a stick at. In case of a power outage, the generator can support a few appliances for up to 7 hours. Additionally, the inverter can support the lights and TV for up to 8 hours. Power backup does not support ACs.

- Please note that guests are requested to wear life jackets compulsorily for all water activities.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- The villa is home to an abundance of vintage artifacts and paintings. Guests are requested to be careful around them.
- Smoking is allowed in the lawn area only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious of bugs and insects owing to the location of the property.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas of the property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- No loud music post 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- Bachelor groups are not allowed at the property. However, in certain circumstances they can be allowed upon prior request and a security deposit will be required.

Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
