LTS435 expansive, well-thought-out interiors reveal its attractiveness as soon as you step inside. The living space invites the outdoors in with its balconies and cozy seats. Every bedroom has a wraparound balcony where visitors can awaken to peaceful views of the surrounding forest and river.
A large terrace with eating options and expansive views of the verdant surrounds is ideal for meals at sunset or coffee in the morning. LTS435 exteriors are designed to provide special experiences outside.

- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker does not stay on the premises of the same property but is available from 8 AM to 9 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Outside food is not allowed.

Barbecue is available at an extra cost, but the kit is not available, it has to be carried by the guest.

The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72 hours notice prior to your check-in date.

Guests may use the kitchen to reheat their meals.

Reheating of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. However, consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
