Surrounded by an extravagant coffee plantation on one side and scenic mountain views on the other, the property creates a magical atmosphere, especially during the misty mornings. The villa features an expansive 2000 sq. ft. lawn, perfect for peaceful walks, outdoor relaxation, and quality time with family and friends.
A large 40 x 20 ft. private swimming pool, along with a 12 x 12 ft. children’s pool with a depth of 4.5 ft., adds to the luxury of the stay. The pool area is beautifully enhanced with a motorized fountain, open deck, and sun loungers, creating a serene space to unwind. Guests can relax at the private lounge bar or enjoy lively moments in the dedicated entertainment area. Indoor leisure options include table tennis and movie nights on 50-inch and 43-inch TVs.

Guests are requested to play the TV in the dining area at a lower volume in order to not disturb the surrounding inhabitants.

The building of the property is soundproof. However, please do not play music outside the villa. Music is allowed inside the villa only.

This is a standalone property.

The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

There is a CCTV camera that captures the external areas of the property.

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. Guests are requested to not gather outside the premises after 11 PM.

In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to all the appliances except ACs for up to 8 hours.

- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
