It has a distinctive construction that resembles a huge triangle and adds a touch of architectural genius to the surroundings.
Your stay will be luxurious and comfortable because to the blend of modern conveniences and natural features. Unwind in the roomy living space, which is furnished with comfortable couches and elegant décor. When you step outside, you will see a large outdoor garden that has been painstakingly designed to offer a tranquil retreat. The outdoor dining area with views of the tranquil surroundings is the villa's main feature.

- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support basic appliances for 24 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Please note that the pool is shared between two units on the same premises.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
- In case you would like to host an event at the Property, will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hostingthe event.
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allowus a minimum 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- A barbecue meal can also be arranged at an additional cost.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
