The unique architecture is proof that Mr. Woodbridge's horses were originally kept in a stable. A cozy and welcoming atmosphere envelops you as soon as you step inside the rustic decor, creating the perfect home away from home. The ideal fusion of contemporary conveniences and traditional architecture provides the highest level of comfort.

- This is a pet-friendly property. However, a charge of Rs. 750 per pet, per day will be levied.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 60 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 12 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and exterior areas of the property for security purposes.
- This is a standalone property.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
- In case you would like to host an event at the Property, will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
- All veg and non-veg meals will be at an additional cost.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date.

Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
