Start your day with a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool or unwind in the jacuzzi as cool mountain air drifts by. The glass-framed gym offers beautiful views of mist-covered valleys, while the spacious lawn invites leisurely strolls and relaxed outdoor moments. For some friendly competition, guests can enjoy pickleball, badminton, cricket, and football.
As evening falls, gather around the bonfire and savour smoky barbecue bites under the open sky. Later, settle into the home theatre for a cosy movie night with your loved ones. Whether it is a family holiday, friends’ reunion, or romantic escape, this retreat offers the perfect setting to experience Coorg at its most enchanting.

Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.
View Experiences- There is a private outdoor pool.
- The pool is 40ft x 20ft with a depth of 4ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.
- The kids pool is 12ft x 12ft with a depth of 2ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.
- All-male groups are allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- Outside food is allowed.
- Outside vendors are not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in the entire property. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- Barbecue can also be arranged at an additional cost.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
