LTS236 is a cozy two-bedroom getaway meant for leisurely living and calm bliss, situated amid thriving mango orchards with a serene lake shimmering in the distance. It is the kind of spot where everything feels perfect, sunlight streams in abundantly, and the breeze has a note of sweetness. The house opens into well-lit areas and well decorated bedrooms that encourage relaxation and coziness.
Every area has been carefully designed to allow you to stop and take a breath, whether you are lounging inside or spending lengthy afternoons in one of the outdoor sit-outs. Take a dip in the outdoor plunge pool among the stars, sip something refreshing while listening to the adjacent trees rustle, or just do nothing.

- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the lights and fans.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests may use the kitchen only for reheating purposes.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
