A variety of board and indoor games provide enjoyable recreation for people of all ages. For a well-rounded stay, the outdoor spaces blend in perfectly with the internal spaces. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
- This property is a part of a gated community.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests have reheating access to the villa kitchen.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
